1. Educational Use and Academic Integrity

BiologySolver.com provides AI-powered diagram labeling and conceptual explanations designed to act as a digital study aid for students in life sciences, AP Biology, and pre-med/nursing tracks. This tool is strictly intended to facilitate learning, understanding, and self-testing.

By using this Service, you agree not to use it to violate the academic integrity policies or honor codes of your school, university, or educational institution. We do not condone cheating during live examinations or submitting AI-generated work as your own original creation.

2. AI Accuracy and Limitations

We utilize advanced Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Large Language Models to generate answers. While we strive for textbook-level accuracy (e.g., Campbell Biology standards), Artificial Intelligence can sometimes produce errors, “hallucinate” incorrect labels, or misinterpret complex uploaded diagrams.

You acknowledge that you are using this Service at your own risk. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the generated Punnett squares, metabolic pathways, and diagram labels against your course materials.

3. User Uploads and Intellectual Property

Our Service allows you to upload images (such as blank worksheets or textbook diagrams) for analysis. By uploading an image, you represent that you have the legal right to do so (e.g., fair use for educational purposes). You retain all rights to any images you upload. We do not claim ownership over your homework files.

Please do not upload images containing personally identifiable information, sensitive medical records, or confidential exams.

4. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice. As a free, no-signup tool, we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the site.

In no event shall BiologySolver, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of academic standing, loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
